Our core group has accumulated a vast amount of knowledge and resources with over 40 years’ combined experience in the industry, and we believe we can bring compelling value. With many great partnerships and contacts in the industry with extremely different points of view, we hope to leverage this information for our newsletters and blog posts. We look at the intricacies of the cross-border Mexico market and the US refrigerated market, managing risk mitigation, an ever-evolving North American supply chain and there is so much knowledge that could be universally shared with shippers, carriers, and fellow logistics providers. Hoplite will look to lead by example, executing on these ideals by providing a consistent and valuable service for our shippers and carriers alike.

For our customers, our initial focus is ensuring we are a reliable and steadying presence for you with support around the clock. We want to provide value first and foremost, and that starts with transparency and trust. That is an easy thing to say but we know our actions will speak louder than words. We’ll do everything in our power to deliver on that, no matter which Hoplite employee you’re speaking to or collaborating with. Additionally, we’ll have some very exciting lite tech and perks we will be launching in 2025. We’re confident these will be a new twist to the industry and are extremely excited to roll them out when the time comes.

For our carrier partners, we’ve worked hand-in-hand with many of you for well over a decade at previous stops. We understand the needs that drive your business towards success. No matter what the market conditions look like, we promise to provide consistency with timely payments, quick issue resolutions, and a variety of tracking methods to allow you and your drivers to focus on the job at hand. We’ll also be rolling out carrier-focused perks in the near future to give you better access to the freight you desire while bringing you unique incentives. 

Our journey is just beginning.
